Presented by Steve Coons, Vice President for Member Services, CPIP and trainer from Faith Trust Institute. 9:00 am Seminar Track IIa -- Best Church Employment Practices That Enhance Communications and Avoid Claims. Led by Bob Reis, President and CEO of CPIP, this discussion is designed for clergy, staff administrators and elders who supervise employees. 10:30 am Seminar Track IIb -- Best Church Practices for Protecting Children. Led by Bob Reis, Elder and CPIP President and CEO, this seminar will focus on the need to set policies and procedures for our children’s and youth ministries and what to consider when doing so. Children’s Ministry team members, Youth Ministers, staff, Sunday School teachers and administrators will find this worthwhile 11:30 pm Seminar Track IIc -- Church Stewardship and Risk Management 101: Protecting Property and People on our Premises. Led by Bob Reis, this seminar will focus on the simple tasks we can do to protect God’s people and property. Staff members, property elders and trustees will find value in tips on how to avoid claims and problems around our churches. 12:30 PM Lunch for all.
